    构建公司的培训体系

    1、确定公司业务发展方向;
      2、划分培训类型;(新员工培训、企业文化培训、业务培训....)
      3、收集各部门培训需求;
      4、按照实际情况规定培训时长;
      5、按照时长撰写培训大纲;
      6、讨论、报备;
      7、大纲经审批修改后填充大纲细节;
      8、调整时间按照部门或岗位分批配训。
      
      注意:初次培训人数不能过多,以免难以控制局面或紧张。
